1 Authors are allowed to submit a maximum of two papers for each
paid full registration fee for each conference (IJIE and ICEREW). (Note:
If the first author will not be presenting at the conference and the
presenting co-author is a student, one full registration must still
be paid for this paper to be included in the conference) |

2 For the Institution/Organization discount, all registrations
must be received together via e-mail or fax |
|
3 Only FULL TIME STUDENTS will be allowed to register as students. For registering as student please send an email to IJIE@jfa-inc.com with your current student ID and a letter from your advisor or program director. Student Registration Fee includes the conference proceedings,reception, and coffee breaks – this year the banquet WILL be included. (A student is allowed to submit only one paper with a student registration fee and should be the sole author or co-author with other students). Papers with the student as the sole author or with only one faculty
advisor as the registered co-author will be considered for the Student Award. |

Cancellation Policy
- Service charge of US $50 will be retained. The remaining amount will
be refunded for cancellations made before August 23, 2010
- 50 % of the total amount will be refunded for cancellations made from
August 23, 2010 to September 17, 2010
- No refund for cancellations made after September 17, 2010 |
